Arrow Electronics was NOT a good company to work for--VERY high pressure.
They advertise that they are very big on the "ethical" conduct of all
employees, but when it came to laying people off--firing them
really--they were about as scum-sucking as they come! They will change
the pay plan to suit the company's best interests--once my team started
to make some decent money due to their incredible efforts, the company
immediately changed the pay plan toward something that they had NO
control over whatsover, and my team was guaranteed NOT to make any
incentives or bonuses what-so-ever. It was definitely designed to get
people to quit during the recession. My people worked incredible hours
for NO extra incentives--totally unappreciated by management (all VP's
and the Pres were making copious amounts of money all at our expense).
