People at my location are waiting for the economy to pick up so they can find new jobs. There are two distinct cliches at my plant. The first if the guys that have been there for ten years and the second is everyone else, who never seem to be accepted by the ten year guys as valuable or knowledgeable about the plant. The strength of the company is that it has a good contract to sell its power for the next few years, that provides our facility with a large profit each year.
