Diversity: Like any office space, there is an abundance of estrogen
which accounts for the hostile environment encountered daily.
Hours: mostly full-time. part-time employees are treated like they are
less important (but do more than their share of assigned tasks)
Dress code: good question...I'm not sure anyone knows anymore. Like
every other rule in that building it is not consistent. Currently we
have to wear stickers (like the ones you get in first grade) to prove
that we have paid for a dress down day because people wanted to see that
lower management was doing their job of making sure the "dress code" was
enforced.
Opportunities for advancement: sure there are plenty (people leave the
company all the time) but only if you know the right people.
