placed on young shoulders. Opportunites given to those who ask for them

private company in America and 6th fastest growing private s/w company in
America. Appian sponsors a one week Caribbean Cruise every year for all
company employees. Part of cruise entails Appian Business School for
specific subjects in technology, art and other areas of interest like
etiquette. Hours average around 50 hours a week. New employees go through
a gruelling two-week training called Appian Academy which educates
employees about technology, business, strategy and product features.
Graduates of Appian Academy finish with a final project and presentation
of BPM project on Appian Enterprise software.
