Job Title Salary Survey
Sales person/ manager of marketing and promotions My base salary was minimum wage at forty hours a week. Once I got cut back in hours my wage increased .50 an hour. I also worked on commission. Depending on whether or not I called out/received a call I got between $20-$100 per closed call (meaning they bought what I was selling). It also depended on the project I was currently working on. I averaged about $200 in comission a week. There wasn't a signing bonus simply because the company is new, same with year-end bonus and stock options. Vacation time was negotiable. As long as you did what was required of you at all times you could sit down with the owner and set it up. As for special perks those were dependant on a lot of things. They could range from getting free hardware/software to going on a business trrip to increased pay. Overall pay was good. I ad no complaints about it. It was fair and given on time.
