I was asked to come in in the morning to interview with the owner. Once
I got there the owner greeted me and we began. He was open and friendly.
The atmosphere wasn't tense or nerve wracking like other ones I have
been to. He asked the basic questions: Where have you worked before
this? How long have you worked there? I think the question that most
stood out in my mind was, "What makes you think you can last in this
business?" I had been asked questions like that before but the approach
was different. It wasn't just a typed up question, he really wanted to
know.
