The atmosphere was pretty laid back (it was a web and software design
company). Everyone got along really well and for the most part were
friends. At the same time though things got done when and how they
should. Nothing was really put off for pleasures sake. My hours were
ok. I started at full time and went to half time. I was given an
increase in pay due to my decrease in hours. They were pretty flexible.
If I had a dentist appointment one day I could call in and say I would
be coming in later. I was allowed to either go home at my schedlued time
or I could stay to make up for the hours. I was also allowed to help
create my schedule which was REALLY nice. Dress code was pretty laid
back. As long as it wasn't distracting (a.k.a low-cut, revealing, tight,
see through) you could wear it. Nothing was very formal.
