It allows for clients to be more relzxed and honest when it comes to making decisions. I would think it's biggest weakness would be the fact that it is so personable. It puts people off guard from time to time. However, I do think that it supercedes most other companies when it comes to personal morale, products and services, etc. They strive to be better than everyone else and they generally do it. They have a unique approach to what it is they are doing. They go at everything with as much enthusiasm as one person can muster. It was overall a wonderful place to work!
