Salary was somewhat commensurate with market conditions but on the low side. This was more so for people brought in on H-1 visas, so they moved on after a year or two. No signing bonuses, and year-end bonuses disappeared after 1999, as far as I know. No stock options. Vacation time was the bare minimum, typical of U.S. companies. All U. S. companies need to adopt the European vacation model so that employees don't collapse from stress and overwork. Parking was paid but we were often threatened with termination of that.
