I asked for $50,000. and I got $40,000. in salary. I have no idea how
bonus calculations are done and I've asked my RPM. There is no stock
option, but a 401-K is available with no matching. Vacation and sick
time are adequate and I believe typical. I started work March 2002. I
have had no pay increase. Although I was told by my RPM that I earned a
bonus one quarter of last year, she later retracted the statement and
denied having said it. My Assistant was present when she said we earned
it and would be getting it. Now we are told we earned bonus this
quarter. The property is expected to be sold on July 15th. I do not
expect we will actually get the bonus....again! We'll no longer be
employees by the time it is actually paid!
