I emailed the search firm and was contacted for further phone interviews with the recruiter. The position I saw on the Web was "on Hold" but they wanted to refer me for some other postions they had open, a project manager and the Manager pre-production testing. I interviewed for both and was offered the later one. Interviewed with a small group for the first position, also spoke briefly with the HR Manager. Interviewed with the hiring manager for the second position. I really can't recall any of the specific questions asked. I think many focused on my management background and skills.
