At first I thought it was great. The people seemed warm and friendly.
The probationary period is six months and I thought I was doing great.
Even though no one sat with me to show me how things were done at Aon. I
was thrown in basically sink or swim. I asked that some one show me how
to do a task and was told " Here type this the templates are in the
system" Ok, I did and the misstakes that I made were photo copied and
sent to my boss as the kind of work I was handing out. Never mind that I
made the corrections and it was my first time doing the letters. I would
never advise anyone to work at Aon. But that's just my opion.
