No opportunity for advancement within individual locations, especially
for women. Management leaves a lot to be desired but it all varies from
branch to branch. hours are not negotiable except if you are
management, dress code is business casual. employees encompass a very
diverse population. everything is a chore because it always has to be
approved by corporate and that is difficult because they don't know all
the people in a certain branch. management can pretty much do what they
want since there is no immediate supervision in the branches.
