Job Title Interview Survey
Senior Executive Assistant The interviewing phase at Andersen was a tedious one. On an average a person would be called back at least 3-4 times for interviewing with various department heads. You had to go through the recruiter, then you had to interview with the manager of a group, after the manager came the project leader, which was sometimes an experience manager or senior manager, from there you would interview with the partner. After everyone compared their notes and choose at least two candidates, then you would be called back for another interview. If chosen, the individual would then come in for testing, depending on the position. If testing was not required, then you went onto the orientation session, which sometimes lasted an entire day. You had to view a video about the history of Andersen; the then and now. Then you went to training for the time reporting system and voicemail. By the third day after being hired then you were ready to go to the department and being work in the position you had been hired for.
