Being an employee of Analysts International (IT staffing company,
Headquarters at Minneapolis, MN), I worked as a contractor for another
company. Just a few visits to employer office in Morrisville, NC and a
more or less regular contacts with superviser from Analysts Intl. gave
me unforgettable impression about a company as not being helpful or even
not being interested in it's own employees - arrogant, disparaging
people, treating me as it's worst enemy. I did have a nicest evaluations
from contracting company and they did never say any "thanks" neither by
mail or by phone, but some more troubled messages only. They did never
keep their words and even forget what they are promising to do. The
company policy is to snatch as much as possible from initial contract
(salary, benefits, etc.) under very doubtful circumstances and it
doesn't depend on the evaluations provided by the contracting company.
Furthermore, looks like the better survey causes the worse effect. All
the time company sends a numerous messages, trying to excuse the actions
from their side, like ridiculous elimination of all of the sick days by
Jan. 1st. just before the New Year Eve - evidently, it's much better do
not pay for sick days, but pushing employees to take their vacation days
instead, because it was not allowed to take sick days "in advance" -
with 5 (?!) sick days per year there is no sick days until middle of
March. At the same time they keeps their own salary and benefits at the
same level and even do not want to hide this from us, telling that it's
a corporate policy. I may consider Analysts Internation as the worst
place to work - w/o any doubts. I left this company without any regrets
and will not recommand for anyone to work with these people.
Becasue of contractiong position, no comments about the dress code, and
hours. Opportunity for advancement is limited to "say it and forget it".
