There were three rounds of interviews and they were very thorough with
calling references and background checks. They use an outside firm to
run their background checks. If it has your name on it, they usually
find it - including outstanding debts, full credit report, and driving
history, as well as a criminal background check. They are very specific
and cautious about the kind of employee they hire. Honesty is really
big with then, so the applicant/employee is better off being upfront
about their answers to any questions. If the applicant/employee lies
about something, and they find out (and most likely they will) they
consider that behavior mischievous and dishonest, and that is grounds
for not hiring or dismissal.
