Base of $86,000 which reflects raises over the previous two years.
Stock options are awarded annually and based upon performance as
determined by your manager. Quarterly bonuses are paid based on sales
performance of the individual district.
My initial salary in 11/00 when I began was $75,000 with 900 stock
options which vest over a four year period. We start at three weeks of
vacation time, and after five years the vacation time increases with
each subsequent year of service.
