First contact was a telephone screening interview with the regional
clinical manager. Direct interview was with the same regional clinical
manager, and the district manager for the Connecticut sales team. I was
asked what I thought I could contribute to the Amgen team, and what
specific knowledge I had of Amgen products. My questions were of work
environment and relationships, and of reporting hierarchy, which were
