You would be invited to an after-hours interview event that started at 5pm. Basically, there would be a conference room setup with food for all interviewees, interviewers, and greeters. You would have an interview with a minimum of three people and if all went well then you would be taken back to the conference room to talk with HR. I received a call within a week for a job offer. Some of the questions are how do you handle difficult situations at work, why should AMS hire you, what are your strengths and what are your weaknesses.
