Prior to working at AMS I worked at another company (name unmentioned)
for two years. Every day I hated going into work, my boss was a micro-
manager, my co-workers also disliked the company, all around there was
poor morale, however I just thought that this was just "working life"
and that I would have to get used to it. I got an idea for a career
change and applied at AMS, luckily I got the job and have been here for
over 3 years. The people at AMS are what keeps me looking forward to
coming into work everyday. My co-workers are my friends inside and
outside of work. The flexibility and trust the management gives me
allows me to do my job in many creative ways, not in cookie-cutter
fashion. The atmosphere at AMS is casual but professional as is the
dress code. I have advanced significantly in my career since coming to
AMS, but I have also worked for it, don't expect salary increases to be
handed to you on a silver platter. All in all, I am very happy here and
have no plans of leaving, this company has been very good to me for
three years and even through this tight economy continues to put it's
employees first.
