Job Title Interview Survey
Customer Service Representative I answered an advertisement for Hugo Personnel for customer service representative with AIG. I completed a word and excel computer test, and a personal interview. This interview was strongly looking at behaviour and attitudes and went for about forty five minutes. They asked me to describe a situation where I handled a difficult customer, to give an example where I had displayed exceptional customer service, what my strengths where and what areas I thought I needed to improve in. Then my resume was emailed to AIG with Hugo??s recommendation. A week later, I had an interview with what was to be my direct supervisor, and her manager. They started the interview with quickly going through my resume with me, talking about my previous employment history. We discussed this in detail for about 10 minutes, and then briefly discussed the role and responsibilities that the new position would entail. A concise tour was then conducted, so in total the second interview went for about thirty minutes. I was advised of the positive outcome of my application a few days later.
