The process started with them finding my resume, and calling me in for
an "information session." This was a presentation to a group of
approx. 15 candidates, and was a pitch session on the INCREDIBLE
OPPORTUNITY they offer. The second interview was fairly standard
stuff; it was conducted by an HR manager, and was fairly predictable.
She kept emphasizing their desire to hire people that had management
potential. There was a third meeting, this time with a manager; that
one seemed to be optional, and the manager seemed pleasantly suprised
to be able to talk to me. He answered questions from me, mostly.
