Working for AGF is different. We are not allowed to promt bussiness
locally but are required to produce large loan numbers each month. Job
avaluation is based apon these numbers. It is not taken into
consideration how well you complete your other assigned tasks. Hours
are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, with the occasional required late
night where as we are to comp. out what would be overtime. The
phrase " a little solictation" is a large understatement. We are
offered a bouns opportunities which a person in my office states in the
13 years she has been with the company she could count on one hand how
many times she has recieved a bouns, which is basied apon several items
the branch must meet over a 6 month time frame. Flexiblity for out
side actives depends on the branch manager. As far as flexiblity and
dress code AGF is fair for the most part. I am provided with good
health care and vacation time. Advancement in the company can happen
from any level if the requirements for the advancement are meant.
