AGF is incorp. w/ AIG. AIG is a very large fast growning company that
has a health outlook. Weaknesses are with advertising and the amount
of control those decisons each branch has. Employee morale is
strange. If the district is doing good we don't hear alot. The branch
with the best month gets lunch on the branch avg. $7 per person. If we
are not doing so hot; they really apply the pressure. If I was to talk
to someone about becoming an AGF employee I would make sure they knew
the real amount of solictation that would be required and that each
person would have set loan goals that would be required, and that, that
amount would make the decision on pay increases. Overall to keep an
open date book because everything is always subject to change.
