Allergan compensates on average $55K-65K for this position depending on your
experience. There are signing bonuses available but, you have to request it.
They do not automatically offer you off the bat. At the end of each year, there
are annual bonuses. I feel that the bonuses are quite small compared to other
companies I've interviewed with. I receive 2 weeks paid vacation per year. The
company observes 12 holidays throughout the year. Stock options are available
to
people hired at a higher level. The 401K program is great with Allergan
providing some contributions to your account. Also, the company does a match to
your own contribution to your 401K. The medical benefits are excellent! They
also provide educational assistance for those who seek to further their
education.
