Having gone from one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the
world to a specialty pharmaceutical , I find it very refreshing. Much
friendlier and helpful. Culture is slower moving (currently) than
previous employer, but that is a welcomed breath of fresh air. Still
lots to do, but no 2 AM emails and no consistent requests for Monday AM
deadlines on Friday afternoon. Everyone has been courteous and helpful.
Because Allergan is small, many people help with many jobs.
Acculumation to the company could have been better, making transition
smoother, but from a seasoned perspective still good.
