Working at Allergan is great. Small-company feeling but, with big-
company mentality. Great company to build a career upon. I have been
working there for almost 3 years now. I began my career there as an
intern. Everyone works a core 8 hours. Occassionally, some overtime
may be needed. Dress code is business casual however, I observe a
wide variety of attire for work. Overall, Allergan is situated in an
ideal location, Orange County, which allows the company to have a
little bit of leverage over their employees. There are no major
competitors or other pharmaceutical companies in the area that are of
the same caliber as Allergan.
