I work full-time. I was blessed to be hired. The application process
began when I filled out the computer-based application, and then I
sought out the store manager and within 2 days had an interview set up,
and then I was selected for the job and hired. I'm a full-time father,
husband and student. Albertson's has given me full-time work while at
the same time understanding the demands on my time (i'm also an
assistant football coach at the local high school). I have had no
problems working with my manager to get time off for coaching, and he
has been extremely flexible in my scheduling. I was online to becoming
the 4th person and being promoted. However, as I'm going to graduate
school in August I was not trained and thus not been promoted. I am now
looking into getting a transfer to a local Albertson's in the city where
I'll attend graduate school.
