Salary: $68,000/yr, Full Health/Life/Dental Ins with limited deductibles
($250/yr) for $28.50 for my wife and I a month (life insurance worth 5x
salary).
In addition, I will receive 23 days off in my first year and on an
annual basis,
free travel on my airline 30 days after I started for my wife, myself,
and my
parents, and significantly reduced travel on other carriers and with
other
travel
vendors (hotel, cruise, etc.) 90 days after I started. The company also
provides
free or inexpensive lifestyle benefits such as reduced rate fitness
center,
access to cheap movie, theatre, and concert tickets, as well as shopping
in the
local area. The company has a 401k that match's up to 6% and for the
current
time, still has a defined benefit pension plan, and an employee ESOP with
