Then they flew my wife and I up to Seattle and put us up in a near by hotel. I had 4 interviews - 2 with individuals more senior to the position I was seeking ,and 2 junior. The questions were highly focused on culture fit. After the interviews, my wife and I were given a city tour. The hiring offer letter came less than a week later and the company did a supurb job of managing my families move to a new state.
