Current salary is ~$80K/yr. There have been only token salary increases
since I began (last year, 1%). There are no year-end bonuses. There
was no signing bonus. Employees may purchase stock at a slight
discount, and a small percentage of the retirement plan involves a stock-
based "profit sharing" plan, but there is little else as an incentive to
purchase stock. The company's standard 2 weeks of vacation for
employees with more than a year on the job was raised to 3 years in 1999
in an effort to retain skilled staff. Travel and training budgets have
been cut in response to the economic downturn.
