My current salary package isn't much to brag about considering the length of
time that I have been with the company, however it isn't much to complain about
either. Aetna needs to gove raises based on years of service, job detail and
performance. Instead they give a raise straight across the board. It's not
fair
to those who give exceptional service day in and day out, yet rest assured that
if you are not a caring and concerned employee you will still receive the same
pay raise as those who do care.
