The first step of the interview process consisted of taking a pre-
employment test containing math, reading and writing skills. In order
to get a second interview you had to pass the pre-employment test with a
certain percentage, then you had to pass a typing test that screened for
accuracy. If you passed the typing test then a second interview was
granted that same day with the HR representative. If he/she felt you
were worthy of a job you then interviewed with two TL's. All in all the
interview process was fair.
