When I was first hired at Aetna I thought that I would be working for a
great company. Within months I realized that I was wrong. I've been
with the company for 3 1/2 years now and have seen people come and go
faster than I've ever seen at any other company. I've seen the room for
advancement deminish before my eyes and employee appreciation is
minimal. Aetna is good for letting go of great employees, for
mysterious reasons, that have been with the company since before the
merger with US Healthcare. That's one of the ways I've seen the company
cut costs. Why else would they fire one of the best CSP's and best TL's
at one of it's largest sites?
