The culture at Aerotek was very diverse in every way. Froom the
employees to the work atmosphere, the goal was work harder and smarter.
The push was to be assertive without being aggressive. As for hours, it
was more about working until the job was filled. There was an unwritten
understanding that "face time" was expected until about 6 pm. Dress was
professional along with a casual Friday. There were definite
opportunities for advancement, especially if you were willing to
relocate.
