My employer was a multinational company. However, the branch here in
Singapore have their own corporate culture and rules. The working hours
are from 0800 to 1730 and it's a five days work. Unfortunately, most of
the time employees have to work extra time in order to complete their
task and the most discouraging issues is there's no special incentives
to attract employees to work late. As for the dress code, there's no
specific dress code for this company but the employees are not allowed
to wear shorts, bermuda nor slippers to work.
