The interview in town was at a hotel. The process was less than 45 minutes with
completing the application and interviewing for the position. I was told the
approximate
dates I would be contacted for another interview. I was contacted on one of
those dates
and was set up for a phone interview which was scheduled to last 20 minutes +/-
10
minutes and the same for when the call would come in so that I would be at home
waiting
for the call. Upon the call the interview was about my skills and ability to
preform the job.
I was given another date of when I would be contacted and a phone number of how
to
reach the person who intereviewed me by phone. Although the person did not call
back
immediately the day stated I was able to leave a message and asked for return
call. Upon
the return call I spoke with the person and was able to present more of why I
belived I
would be the best canidate for the position although I was asked if I would take
a lower
position. I did refuse the lower position as I believed then and still do today
believe I am
the best canidate for the manager position. I was again given another date for a
return
call as the reference checks needed to be completed before a job offer could be
made. I
did receive the job offer in the time span of the expected call and I believe
the company
was excited about me coming aboard as I was to come aboard!
