The professionalism is very high and the ethics set forth by the company have
been
followed by all management I have encountered. I am very pleased with the way
the
company has always recongized its employees and is willing to make us feel we
are an
important part of their growth. They have always made a way of making me feel as
though this is my store but I do not have to take care of the payroll. I believe
this
company has always looked for people who want to help others and have high
morals and
ethics. They have always been their to answer questions and stand behind me as
an
employee. I have never felt like the next day my job maybe in jeoporady because
I have
made an error or because a customer felt I was not doing as they thought I
should and
have made a complaint against me. Also I enjoy my job more every day and look
forward
to the new challenge set out for me. I have been offered jobs with competitors
and have
refused them as they can not come close to the wages, benefits, training and the
ethical
way the company comes across. I believe anyone who joins Advance America will be
happy with our company as long as they are willing to work for their pay, bonus,
job and
put their best foot forward!
