I have seen alot of growth since being hired June of 2003 and I know they are
looking to
grow more. The bigger the company gets the more possibilities of advancement
from
within for all. Some locations are able to have CSR's if their is enough
business that calls
for it. Although I believe they may have set that level a little to high! All
locations have a
Manager and an Assistant. Other positions are DTM's (divisional training
managers), DAM
(divisional area manager), DDO (divisional director of operations), RDO
(regional director
of operations) as well as many other aspects of the corporation such as
auditors, human
resource, realty division, etc. So advancement is always their for someone with
the drive
and willingness to expand their knowledge and skills. The employee morale for
the
locations I am familiar with and the different areas I speak with has always
been very high
and energy is reflecting through the phone as well as in person! That is what
makes it
contagious and enjoyable and helps customers and associates want to keep making
Advance America the company it has come to be known and respected for! I believe
anyone who is open to working hard and is proud to work for a company who is
proud of
its employees won't make the wrong choice by considering going through a very
extensive application process to be the right canidate for the position!
