My current package is less than 100K, including 10K sign on bonus. If you had a
good contract before, Accenture is really paying peanut. I think it is because
Accenture has a lot of brand equity, so people are willing to take a lower pay to
get the name into the resume, and they know that.
Vacation time is good, 25 days, but the catch is, it includes sick day and
everything. If you stay healthy throughout the year, well, you have yourself a
nice 5 weeks off every year.
They like to sell you a "total package", but I can tell you, I hardly use those
frills like work life balance hotline. I think it is a total waste of money.
You are better off paying yourself to a counsellor if you really need it. At
least you know your problems are relatively safe.
