Round 2: Half day assessment centre with group exercises, numeracy test, verbal test, private case study, group case exercise, lunch and personal interview with senior level person. Completed after I had accepted a general offer and was only to gain a place in the strategy division. Round 3: Two 1 hour interviews one of which involved a case study and another which was personal but involved very specific questions regarding logic and explanations of thought processes.
