There are 3 interviews, and 1 pre-interview. The pre-interview is just
for the person to find out if you look like a match to be going into
the interview process or not.
The 3 interviews are technical, HR and partner/manager interview. The
technical part is different from many that I have been to, it is not as
technical as I thought it would be. The make or break one seems to be
the HR interview. In this interview, you are asked behavioral
interview kind of questions, like "tell me a situation where you have
to work with a difficult colleague".
The partner/manager interview is really more like listening to the
interviewer, and ask questions. Be prepared to ask some high level
questions, like "what kind of client work", "what is the career
advancement like" etc. I think the focus of this interview is to stay
focused, positive and at the same time, relaxed and interactive.
