First interview: Go over your personal data sheet. Asks about your
activities and jobs from resume. Why Accenture? Why consulting? What
does an analyst do? How do you feel about travel? Have questions to
ask!
Second Round: Behavorial questions. Tell me about a time when someone
was not cooperating on a team. Tell me about a team when you had a
project with tight deadlines. Tell me about a project that was very
difficult. Tell me about a time where you too much to handle. They
will follow up with a lot of questions from your stories. Also, once
again they ask why consulting and why accenture.
Third Round: In office visit-casual dress. Presentation of benefits
and more about company. They have some bakery items to eat. Two
interviews with executives. More behavorial questions. One person
asked me how do I feel about the training program at St. Charles and
the other courses you can take during your employment. She also asked
me what do I think I will do on my first project. Which sector are you
most interested in? Always have questions to ask.
