Job Title Interview Survey
Analyst The interviewing process consisted of three seperate interviews. I was given the opportunity to interview for 30 minutes through an on-campus interview. The first interview is really for them to determine if you look like you would fit into their business model and business culture. Interview questions generally revolve around your resume and your motivations for pursuing a position with the firm. They also emphasized on how much you know about the firm and their services. Second interview consisted of a 45-1 hour session with a senior manager. The focus of this interview was to probe deeper on the candidate's work or academic experience through open-ended questions that specifically requested a problem, process, solution, result format. Final interview was conducted at the office of choice under a 2-45 minute interviews. Fairly laid back but still emphasized on fit, past experience and your interest with the firm. They really like lots of questions as questions exhibit interest.
