Round 1: 20 min screener interview on campus. I was interviewed by a
senior consultant, verifying the contents of my resume.
Round 2: 1.5 hour on campus behavioral interview with a senior
consultant. "Tell me a time when you demonstrated xxxx"
Round 3 & 4: Full day interview at the local office. 30 minute 'fit'
interview with an associate partner. 1.5 hour case study - 45 minutes
to review material, 20 min to pitch my solution to an Associate
partner, the balance of the time the AP asked me questions about my
pitch. The case was more qualitative versus quantitiative. It was my
understanding that you were given a case based on your background and
target area within the firm, however I don't have proof that that's how
things are run.
