I was responsible for hiring in my area of expertise, so I give a short
overview what we were looking for in entry level staff:
Self-starters with good grades, at least one foreign language fluently
and either internship or a semester or two in another country. IT
experience - preferably in a commercial environment, not just a college
or university course.
You need to know why you want to be a consultant w/ ACN and give the
impression that you are in for a long-term career. Expect monitored
group discussions with other recruiting candidates where you must
present yourself as a person who works constructively towards a
solution. It's not about outdoing others - it's about being able to be a
valuable part of a team. Nobody looks for perfection - but they must see
you trying to achieve it.
