Applied online at a jobsite. Got a call about a month later asking to
fax an application sheet. Got called back a week later to schedule
first interview. Basic questions How did you hear about Accenture?
What do you know about them? Brief questions on your resume. Called
back a few days later to schedule a 2nd interview. More in depth around
45 minutes. Introduction for 5 minutes. 4 behaviorial questions Tell
me about a time when you were under a lot of pressure to complete a
task, how you overcame it, what YOU did, tell me about a time when you
disagreed with a supervisor, what did you sayu etc. Tell me about a
conflict with a team member and how you handled it Got called back a
dew days later for 3rd interview. Structured 5 hour day. 2
presentations on benefits and what it's like to work at accenture, plus
a roundtable discussion with analysts, then you meet with a partner
and manager, more behaviorial questions Tell me how you increased your
learning? Tell me about a time you took a leadership position? etc.
It's been a few days still waiting for a call!
