This is a very dynamic organization, which really suits me. I am that
kind of guy who cannot sit at the same desk, go to the same office, do
the same thing, for more than 6 months. It is very diversed, but the
higher up you go, well, the less diversed.
There are certainly opportunities for advancement, but it takes a lot
of work outside work, especially for experience hired. A ex-Accenture
person told me that being in Accenture is like being in high school all
over again. It is not so far from the truth. Working hard is good,
but if you are popular because you can schmooz better, know how to hide
the realistic picture from above better, it is better.
