Accenture is a very diverse work group that is increasingly focused on
driving client value at minimal charge, no questions asked.
Unfortunately for employees this now means static payout and an
increased expectation for chargeability. Has reached the point to
where you cannot really follow your ideal career path, instead, you
must take whatever is available after a couple of days in the bench.
There is a lot of take and not very much give. Accenture is losing
their best talent and not doing much to retain. I am afraid of what
the organization may be in 6-10 years.
