Raises have depended on company profits and managers. Most raises have been low to moderate. Year end bonus amounts to about 5% of salary. Health care and retirement benefits are good. Biggest benefit is the Clara Abbott foundation which has paid a very healthy portion of my kids tuition to college. This has been one of the major reasons for not having left for what might have been higher paying jobs.
